FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The conference will provide financial support including registration
fee, travelling and accommodation expenses etc. to several keynote
speakers, who will be decided by the International
Scientific Committee for EnerEnv¡®2003 according to their excellent
and essential papers in two months after the Local Organizing Committee
receives all contributed papers.
REGISTRATION FEE
- Full registration
(US$400 per participant)
The registration fee for participating
in the conference will be US $400.
It will cover:
- proceedings (published hard copy and CD),
- two conference banquets,
- a one-day city tour,
- coffee/tea breaks.
- Accompanying person
(US$150 per person)
The fee for the companion program is US$150
covering
- two banquets,
- city tour,
- guided sightseeing activities
( running in parallel to the conference.)
ACCOMMODATION FEE
Special rates ( at a 40% discount ) will be offered
to delegates at the Huatian Hotel by booking through the conference
secretariat. The cost for living in a standard guest room is about
USD88 per day. Only about USD50 a day after discounted. Further
details regarding booking etc. will be made available in the Provisional
Programme.

Any cancellation of reserved tour must be made 12 days before Otherwise
